Hugh Hudson’s Career Progression
Hugh Hudson (Huey), an apprentice, faced uncertainty when his employer, ISG, entered administration on 19th September 2024. After Huey’s mother contacted CoTrain about a site supervisor role in Spencer’s Wood, CoTrain quickly assessed his situation and recognised his potential. With two-thirds of his apprenticeship completed and a strong CV, Huey was a great match for the role. After interviews with Dandara Ltd, Huey was offered a contract by 27th September and began on 7th October. He’s now on track to complete his training and End Point Assessment by April 2025.
